In 2017, social media was changing fast, and Bravo needed to rethink their approach to daily content.
Our task? Grow Bravo into a “must follow” brand on social media. This meant becoming less promotional, more relatable, and more comfortable taking risks.
To get there, we created a new Social Style Guide and Social Tone of Voice, which prioritized trending formats like memes and GIFs.
Year-over-year, our content outperformed benchmarks across the board: +377% Total Social Engagements, +382% Total Social Video Views; +271% Total Social Impressions.

OREO was an official sponsor of the 2018 Olympic Winter Games. To celebrate the partnership, they wanted to make a splash on social media and drive excitement around #CantMissMoments.
Translation: they needed content, and lot’s of it.
We geared up for the Games by banking content for tentpole moments like the Opening Ceremony, Closing Ceremony, and medal counts. We also drafted one-on-one fan responses based on dozens of possible scenarios.
Planned content is great, but the Olympics are live, raw, and unpredictable. To attack real-time content creation, we assembled a War Room team at Twitter’s NYC Headquarters to watch and react to the Games in real time.
All in all, over 50 pieces of custom content were created, and #CantMissMoments trended throughout the Opening Ceremony.

Watch What Happens Live has always been must-watch TV for Bravo fans. But the network wanted to broaden its niche appeal and position Andy Cohen as a peer of late-night titans like Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel, and Seth Meyers.
Our solution was to focus WWHL’s biggest asset—it’s LIVE!
We developed a week-long program of live after shows on social media, including the first-ever live Reddit video AMA. Each night fans tuned in to a different platform (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram) to see what Andy would do next.
Most importantly, we picked up new fans along the way—ratings jumped 13% from the previous week.

Case Study
USA Network needed a cutting-edge social campaign to drive awareness for The Sinner—an eight-episode Limited Series starring Jessica Biel.
To bring the show’s hair-raising suspense to life on social, we honed a Tone of Voice that was equal parts dark, mysterious, and unsettling. Likewise, our graphics mirrored the show’s cinematic look and feel.
To leverage the show’s star power, we created custom asset packs for Jessica Biel, who routinely shared our content with her 7.5M Instagram followers.
By the end, the show was 2017’s #1 New Cable Series—grabbing [stats].
During my time at 360i, I served as the lead copywriter for 20th Century Fox’s Home Entertainment division.
Our team created compelling social videos and graphics for some of the most critically acclaimed films of 2018, including If Beale Street Could Talk, VICE, Can You Ever Forgive Me?, and The Favourite.

Bravo’s Imposters—a show about con artists—proved that you can never truly trust the ones you love.
To promote the series, we tapped into a universal truth: we’re all Imposters on Instagram. In other words, our lives are not as perfect as the photos we post.
At SXSW, we set up elaborate photo booths that let passersby “con” their Instagram followers into thinking they were living large. What looked like a private jet, ice hotel, and luxurious yacht was little more than a wooden set in a Texas parking lot.
So next time you see an envious photo on Instagram, think twice.
